Effective, repeatable exercises when needed to increase strength and flexibility in areas of injury or chronic pain.  

Active/Passive Stretching

Trigger point therapy is used to increase blood flow and reduce muscle tension.  I have found this is an important part of addressing balance of the body along with the the structural corrections.
